This project was developed to revitalize a 30 year old campus in order to sustain viability by meeting the needs of older residents well into the 21st century. The vision incorporates an enhanced quality of life that centers around health and well being through the development of integrated open space planning, a hierarchy of residential neighborhoods, and environmental sensibility.
