Rehabilitation and new addition to existing structure. Integrity of historic facade was maintained in unique design providing for 26,000 sq. ft. of new office space, 55,000 sq. ft. of renovated office space, 1,400 sq. ft. of retail, adn 7,500 sq. ft. of renovated space for the Beaux Arts Bank Hall. Total budget of $9 million. Jay Blatter, AIA, headed all phases of design, production and construction management for project.
