A 149,000 sq. ft. mixed-use, in fill project that includes 89 residential condominium units and 16,500 sq.ft. of commercial/retail space, with required parking provided in a multi-level, underground parking structure. The residential unit configurations include townhouses along the street and around several interior courtyards. The Spanish style incorporates several different treatments which soften the façade, reduce the overall mass and scale of the building, and create an aesthetic that enhances the overall residential quality of the neighborhood.
