The project consists of a new 8,000 sq. ft. municipal building located on an urban in-fill site across from the historic Courthouse in downtown Santa Barbara. The program includes administrative offices for court personnel, a jury assembly room, a second-story courtroom with jury deliberation areas and judges' chambers. The project received laudable reviews from the City Landmarks and Architectural Board of Review.
